Beginners Fly Fishing Package: Your personalized half-day (4hr) fly fishing package is a great way to learn how to fly fish and put your skills to use in the same day. You will start your trip by learning the basics that it takes to catch a trout and end the trip by putting your newly learned skills to the test on the water.

-The main emphasis for this trip is learning.

-Locations vary based on season and availability, including Grandfather Mountain, near Pisgah National Forest, and other locations nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

-Within an hour’s drive from the High Country, where the valleys widen and the rivers run over limestone, lie the famed tail-waters of the Watauga and South Holston rivers. These are true trout fisheries, boasting over 6,000 trout per mile.

-Almost all float trips take place in Tennessee, the best Tailwaters on the East Coast Est. a 55 Minute Drive time. Though trip times are based on location and water conditions.

-Full day trips include lunch on the river

-Wilderness Walk n Wade: Are you looking to disconnect from it all, to explore the Appalachian wilderness and realize what it is like to have no real cell phone signal? Then our Wilderness Walk n' Wade may be for you! Anglers with experience (or those who are willing to learn tight casting skills) will get the most enjoyment out of this adventure.

-This trip does require moderate hiking over rocky terrain.

-Fly fish for the elusive Wild Southern Appalachian Brook Trout (4-6in trout) ~ Backcountry drive into the rural Appalachian Mountains (4 wheel drive recommended)

-Wonderful for Tenkara Fly Fishing

-Experienced anglers preferred
