Lower San Juan River Ranch +$75/p
River SectionThis exclusive private lease is situated on the headwaters of the San Juan River right here in Pagosa Springs, Colorado! Although there is man made structure through our mile and a half of private water, this is a freestone river and these are wild fish through this ranch. Sometimes these wild fish are picky and hard to catch but they tend to be bigger fish! On this lease we also have a section of stock ponds with small fish that are very beginner friendly. This fishery is available all year long including winter months.
Piedra River Ranch + $50/p
River SectionThis exclusive private lease is situated on the only catch and release river in our area, the Piedra River> This one and a quarter mile long lease has man made structure throughout and is a freestone river, meaning wild fish and typically bigger fish! This lease on the Piedra River fishes well depending on water temperatures and your guide will let you know if it makes sense to go out onto these waters the day before your trip. This lease is available all year long including winter months.
Navajo River Ranch + $50/p
River SectionThis exclusive private lease is situated on the headwaters of the Navajo River above the dam! These fish are all wild fish and we tend to catch several fish as well as a few bigger fish on this lease. There are a few man made structures for holding fish on this section of the Navajo, with more structures being made yearly. This lease is very high up into the back country and is only available during summer and fall.
Bruce Spruce Ranch + $25/p
River SectionThis exclusive lease is a trophy fishery! These ponds started as a creek a long time ago and after beavers built many giant dams on the creek, the landowner dug out the pond and built improved dams to create better conditions for big fish! This lease is available all year long including winter months but at some point all trips on this lease turn into ice fishing trips once the ponds have frozen over.
