Let our experienced, professional guides lead and immerse you in the fauna and wilds of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We specialize in leading those new to the outdoor experience in overnight backpacking, and we will customize the trip to fit your needs and skill level. With a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 6, our small group will hike Friday thru Sunday afternoon on a mountain trail in the Chattahooee National Forest. This trip focuses on backpacking techniques such as mountain trekking, basic skills in map reading & navigation, trail cooking, finding water & water purification, wilderness first aid, staying healthy and well on the trail, and other techniques for successful backcountry trekking. Learn about Appalachia folklore, history and local fauna while immersed in the pristine wilderness on a mountain trail. Pricing: $575 Per Person. 3 person minimum/6 person max.
